The Daiwa 2025 SALTIGA Spinning Reel represents the next generation of high-performance saltwater spinning reels, designed for anglers targeting powerful species in demanding offshore conditions.

At its core is Daiwa’s POWERDRIVE DESIGN, featuring an OVERSIZED POWER DIGIGEAR manufactured from G1 Duralumin. The drive gear is approximately 10% larger and 6% thicker than the previous generation, delivering increased winding power, durability and smoothness under heavy load.

The rigid MONOCOQUE (MQ) aluminium body provides a strong, distortion-resistant platform while allowing more internal space for the oversized drive gear. MAGSEALED technology helps protect the reel from saltwater and contaminants, making the 25 SALTIGA ideal for serious saltwater applications.

With models ranging from 8000 to 30,000, the 25 SALTIGA is designed for everything from powerful jigging and popping applications to extreme offshore game fishing.
